As an EB-5 regional center, ensuring compliance with program regulations is crucial for the success and sustainability of your operations. Created in 2022, the Integrity Fund helps ensure the smooth operation of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. USCIS uses the fund to:

Who Needs to Pay the Fee?
All designated regional centers must pay the annual Integrity Fund fee. The amount depends on the size of your investor pool:
- $20,000 USD: Regional centers with more than 20 investors in new commercial enterprises during the previous fiscal year (October 1 – September 30)
- $10,000 USD: Regional centers with 20 or fewer investors during that same period

What Happens if I Miss the Deadline?
While a recent court decision protects centers from losing their designation for late payment, late fees will still apply. Avoid penalties by paying on time!
