I could not recommend Niren and Associates more! I am a Canadian citizen married to a Canadian/American whom was relocated for work but because we were not married at the time of his relocation the company would not sponsor me so I needed to apply for a green card on my own. My application went in January 28th, 2013 and I received the notice for my interview to be on January 8th, 2014 (processing times are on average 12-14 months). I found out I had been approved then and there on January 8th and was in the US on January 14th, all in all my application took 12 months to be processed and approved.
Fadi was my lawyer but Laura was the legal assistant I dealt with and she was amazing! She would always get back to me within 24 hours of me emailing or calling her and made what is a stressful and difficult process very smooth and simple. To this day we are in contact as she wants to make sure I have all the correct documentation that allows me to work. I should add that the retainer fee was very fair! I had done A LOT of research on law firms as this was a situation not to take lightly and Niren and Associates came on top when I was deciding who to sign with and are still on top after everything is said and done!
