We recently celebrated our office Christmas Party at an Irish pub in downtown Toronto. We had a blast, and want to thank our valued clients for helping us make this past year a great one. 
Many times throughout the year, especially this time of year, we often reflect on how lucky we are to be able to do what we do and help so many achieve their dreams of coming to Canada and the United States.
A few years ago, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister declared Santa Claus to be a Canadian Citizen, noting that he was free to re-enter Canada after his work was done on Christmas Eve.

Mr. Niren is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association’s Citizenship and Immigration Section, American Lawyers Association, and an Associate Member of the American Bar Association.
