US Deportation can affect anyone, no matter who you are

US Deportation doesn’t discriminate

When deciding to immigrate to a new country, it is vital that all the required laws and procedures are followed.  Even new President-Elect of the United States, Barack Obama, has stated that if his aunt from Kenya has violated any US Immigration laws then she may be subject to deportation from the country:

Avoiding US Deportation

Zeituni Onyango, half-sister of Barack Obama’s late father, was ordered to leave the U.S. four years ago after a US Immigration Judge denied her request for asylum from her native Kenya.

We do not know the whole story behind Barack Obama’s Aunt but her situation certainly warrants proper immigration representation which given her relation to the President Elect, I am sure she has.

You can reduce the risk of  US deportation during the immigration process by ensuring that you comply with Federal Immigration Laws.  If you find yourself in unlawful status, it is essential to consult with an immigration lawyer who can navigate you through the maze of immigration regulations and procedures.

I had an excellent experience working with Visa Place, communicating with them was very easy. I initially tried to navigate my immigration issue personally, but it was much more efficient allowing everything to be handled by the experts. Thank you so much Sarah, Lauren, Natasha, and Sukhi for all of your help!
