A. E2 Visas are not easy. E2 Visa applications can be refused for a number of reasons including failure to demonstrate that the business is not marginal; or that your investment is not substantial enough or that your documentation is not sufficient to demonstrate nationality interest. There are a multitude of reasons.
The good news is that when they refuse you, you can usually provide them with additional documentation for a re-evaluation within one year of the refusal. We have had some cases like this. The E2 Visa department at the US Consultant can be tricky. It is best to ensure that all your documentation and information is complete well before submitting your E-2 Visa application.
