You should always contact an immigration lawyer to assist you with the procedures associated with the Canadian Embassy of your region because the Canadian Embassy in Ukraine may have its own set of special rules and procedures.

Dear Sir. I have just received a message from my grand nephew that he was refused a visa together with his wife to visit me in Canada. Do not understand why it was thought he and his wife would not return at the end of their stay! My sister’s grandson and my grand nephew is a direct tie with me! The purpose of their visit was an anniversary gift to visit me because I have been to Ukraine many times and I thought it was time for them to visit me! Travel history – you mostly likely know it wasn’t easy before! They both have close family ties and do not intend to loose them!
The application no. Are V317564326 and 317564422. I would like to really understand why they were refused. I was born in Canada and lived in Ukraine for a lot of years working to help issue an English version of the Ukraina magazine until the friendship society closed it. Please let me know and hopefully we can try again for them to visit and finally revisit Canada!
The Ukrainians translated their name Brezhko.

      Hello Helen,

I am sorry to hear about the previous refusal. Visitor visa’s can be hard to get, and it is imperative to demonstrate that the applicant will return to their home country after visiting Canada. We would be happy to help your brother visit Canada, and once you fill out our free online assessment form, one of our immigration professionals will be in touch with you shortly http://www.visaplace.com/immigration-assessment/
