Where Is Thunder Bay?

Located in the Thunder Bay district in Northwestern Ontario, Thunder Bay has a population of approximately 110,172. It is situated on the shores of Lake Superior and is the sunniest city in Eastern Canada. The city covers 447.5 square km.

Education: 

Thunder Bay has three school boards which offer education in both English and French. For higher education, the city has three main options: Lakehead University, Confederation College, and the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. Thunder Bay also has the Lakehead Adult Education Centre which offers high school credits and ESL course for new immigrants.
