Here is a testimonial for our US Attorney Fadi Minawi regarding his handling of a TN Visa application on behalf of one of our corporate immigration clients.

“Extremely thorough and informative. Fadi, walked me through all the different scenarios that were applicable for my TN visa application and explained what was expected as well as my rights.

I will definitely recommend Fadi’s services”

Hi Johanna

I want to congratulate Niren and Associates, especially Katherine Yang, for all their help during my Canadian work permit application process. I had had quite a difficult application process but Katherine was extremly helpful and was always willing to hear me out.  The professionalism with which my case was carried out helped me have a successful outcome and I will be arriving in Canada in one week.

Mary,

I wanted to drop you a line and let you know that my L-1A Visa has been approved.  You have worked diligently and professionally on this matter and made this daunting process very easy for me.

Please let Michael Niren know how much I appreciate your effort and my kindest thanks to you.

Best regards,

Lyle

Hi Mary,

I would like to just inform you that My sons , Purav  and Purvin  (twins) have booked their air tickets for the last week of April 2010, for Toronto from India. As such I may request once again to let me know if you need any specific documents from them before their landing, which could be obtained from them only and which may be difficult for us to obtain once they land in Canada. The documents can be either form their institute of study or from elsewhere which require their presence at India or which may require their signing in exchange. All other relevant documents of the case have been submitted by me to you earlier.

Further I am also happy to inform you that my son in law has obtained his Canadian PR for spousal immigration and has been living with us in Mississauga since October 31, 2009 after landing in Toronto.

This is just for your knowledge and in reciprocation of your best wishes.

I wanted to express my Thanks for supporting me with my TRP application.

This is my 5th TRP and I’m looking forward to getting this behind me in ‘11.  The application went very well yesterday as I was in and out of the Rainbow Bridge facility in less than 30 minutes.  Frankly, I question how thoroughly they went thru the application, but who cares.  As long as I keep my self out of trouble for the next 12 months I should be Ok for my final TRP prior to the formal rehabilitation to get this DUI off my Canadian record.

Again, Thanks and I’ll be in touch in the Sept/Oct timeframe this year to get the ball rolling again.  If I know of anyone who needs your services I will be sure to recommend Niren and Associates

Hi Michael, Mary and Fadi,

I would like to start off by wishing you all a very Happy New Year!  I hope that the next decade brings you all love, laughter and happiness. I want to thank you guys for helping me with my US Humanitarian Parole application and my trip to New Jersey was a success.  I did come back to Toronto on December 30th and surrendered the Parole sheet to Canadian Customs.  I have made a photocopy of this sheet for our records.

I look forward to working with you on my US Waiver application.  Please let me know what the next steps are and any other information you require from me.  Once again thanks for all your help and I will wholeheartedly provide you with a reference to anyone seeking legal US immigration advice.

Thanks,
Sheetal
