  • Have a job offer for a professional position in the United States.
  • Have immediate family in the US.
  • Have been accepted into a SEVP approved US school.

A position that requires a college diploma, a bachelor degree or its equivalent.

The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) manages and approves schools for nonimmigrant students and their dependents.

What is a significant investment?

An investment of at least $50,000 USD. Real estate purchases would typically not qualify.
