Re-Applying For Canadian Student Visa

I applied for a student visa to Canada roughly a year ago and was refused for, what I believe to be, an out standing student loan in my home country that I have since resolved. How do I go about the process of an appeal?

In this case you would need to re-apply as you would need updated documentation. For example, a current offer of acceptance to a recognized Canadian educational institution. You would also need to provide proof that the issue of your outstanding student loan has been resolved, provided that is the route of your refusal. The Firm would need to further assess your documentation and correspondence from Citizenship and Immigration Canada to better assist you. Contact us for further information on how best to proceed.
