I was wondering if there are special immigration procedures for the different provinces in Canada?

    There are special immigration programs called Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). PNPs exist to attract immigrants to the various provinces and have their own specific immigration processes and time frames. If you apply to a PNP, you will have the right to move the province in question under certain conditions. Regardless, you will still have to pass your medical and criminal background checks.
