Increase of Vacant IT Jobs Due to Low H-1B Visa Cap
Recently there have been a lot of vacant IT jobs in the US, which has resulted in a major impact on the American IT Industry; recently they have been arguing that the cap on the H-1B visas needs to be increased in order to attract new applicants. The IT industry is forever a growing field and denying companies to have access to the skilled workers that could be very crucial to the grow of the company. Due to the overwhelming amount of applicants the lottery method was used, this meant that many of the visas filed for companies were rejected.
