Interested in Migrating from Dubai to Canada?

Dubai To Canada Migration

Many people hope to move from Dubai to Canada one day, and for good reasons. Canada is one of the most prosperous and peaceful countries in the world. It also offers attractive work opportunities for both nationals and foreigners alike. However, migrating from Dubai to Canada is not simple, so you may need the help of an expert lawyer who can guide you through this complicated process.

How to Start the Process of Immigration from Dubai to Canada

The first step is to determine whether you want to work in Canada or you want to live there permanently. You can always directly apply for a permanent resident visa, which when granted gives you permanent resident status, or you can apply for a work visa first and work on getting a residency visa once you are in Canada.

A residency visa is open to certain applicants only, such as those who have at least 1 year of continuous paid full time work or those who have earned a Ph.D. in Canada or have studied towards a Ph.D in the country in a recognized institution. Applicants must also pass language proficiency tests in English or French.

Entering Canada using a work visa is definitely easier since you have the support of a Canadian employer. The good thing about using a work visa to enter Canada from Dubai is that you have a job waiting for you once you arrive, which means that you are pretty much set money wise once you land.

For those who want to work towards a residency card in Canada using a work visa they need to qualify for Arranged Employment which requires a Labor Market Opinion and a full-time, permanent job offer from a certified employer. Moving from Dubai to Canada as a skilled worker will increase your odds of success.

How a Good Lawyer Can Help Aspiring Immigrants

Canada to Dubai Immigration: Canada

All the legal requirements needed for processing for Canadian immigration requires the skill and experience that only a Canadian immigration lawyer has, especially since Canada’s immigration laws have become more complicated over the years.

Canada has over 60 different immigration programs that applicants may qualify under. A lawyer can help match you with the program that is most suitable for you.

Your lawyer can help you put together all the required documents so that you can avoid having your application denied due to incomplete or improperly filled documents and forms. It is important to follow your lawyer’s advice when it comes to filling up important points. The lawyer can also help prepare you for interviews so that you can come in prepared and confident knowing that you can anticipate the questions the examiner is likely to ask.

Although you can always process your application on your own, having a Canadian immigration lawyer help you with Dubai to Canada migration will increase your chances of perfecting your application and having it approved in a shorter amount of time.

Hello Ankur. A visitor visa is one of the most difficult to obtain because the reviewing officer needs to make 100% certain that you will return home after your visit. Hello. A work visa is considered to be in the category of temporary visas and as such no IELTS is required. If you decide that you would later on want to apply for permanent residency, you will need to take the IELTS exam.

    Hi

Im having doubts regarding secondary applicants education documents assessment requirements. My wife has done her MBA & has 10+ years experience in Human Resources as Manager. In our immigration ambition we feel she should be the PRIMARY applicant. Apart from her educational documents assessment (being Primary applicant), do I (as Secondary applicant) also have to (mandatorily) get my education documents assessed ? I know it may get us extra points but is it mandatory too ?

Secondly If I already made my Express Entry Profile,Can I change the Principal Applicant now> As my wife is securing more scores then me? If YES then How?:(

Hello Naina. There are three provinces that you would be able to give you the points that you require: Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick. If you want your wife to be the principle applicant you can create a new profile for her, you do not have to modify yours. We are three in family -myself , husband and one kid we are planning to migrate to Canada from Dubai. I am working in Dubai as an HR professional and have 3+ years of experience, my husband is working in Sales for past 10 years for a leading company. We have scored 7 and 5.5 respectively in IELTS what would be the next step. And is it better to take work visa or permanent visa, please advice.

Thank you for your note Amy. You have several options available to you, which is a good position to be in. With your qualifications you can look for a job and then apply for a work permit. The company that would be interested in hiring you would have to complete a Labor Market Impact Assessment. You could also apply for Express Entry to get your Permanent Residency for you and your family. Your husband will have to do a little bit of studying to being his IELTS score up to a minimum of 6; 5.5 is a bit low.
Some one from our office will be in touch with you shortly to discuss how we can help you in your desire to start a new chapter in your family’s life here in Canada.
