2. Approach to Immigration Services: Creative, Cost-Effective and Compliant
We consider our approach unique in the industry. We leverage case management technology, Continuing Legal Education and a strong value system to empower our people. Quality immigration Services are an essential component to a company’s growth, reputation and overall deliver ability. Our Firm takes our Client’s needs very seriously and approaches each Visa application from the perspective of ensuring efficient cross border transitions are smooth and always meet regulatory requirements.
We get results by consistently keeping our teams current on the latest developments in the law, training them to think creatively, employing a robust case management system designed to process large case volumes and relying on an internal quality control hierarchy. Our Visa processes have been scaled to accommodate large caseloads, urgent matters and complex immigration applications. And when the need arises for specialized attention for a given case, our senior lawyers are always on hand to troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly. Our approach can best be described as “Going Beyond the Borders”.
3. Competitive Pricing
We are dedicated to providing our clients with competitive and flexible pricing models. This is especially the case for our premier clients offering large file volumes. As requested in the RFP, we have outlined our proposed fee structure and have offered options to ensure that sufficient flexibility is built in to meet your needs. Our visa processing systems have been scaled to allow for what we consider very competitive rates without sacrificing quality of service. We understand that economies of scale apply to pricing. Making sure that our Clients get good value not only in terms of results but also in pricing are key objectives of our firm.
4. Global Reach
We are proud of our consistent growth especially over the last few years. While our head office is located in central Toronto, we serve a worldwide clientele and have expanded nationally and throughout the US with offices in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. In the US, we have offices in New York, Chicago and Miami. Our expansion has enabled us to provide local representation where needed, especially for complex out of province cross border matters. Our regional offices are supported by locally engaged, experienced lawyers who are licensed and insured in their respective jurisdictions. Our regional structure combined with our technology driven internal processes allow us to effectively represent clients nationally and internationally. We therefore are especially equipped to service clients who themselves have a global reach.
5. Shared commitment to corporate responsibility
Our Firm and its employees has been involved in a number of initiatives in an attempt to give back to the community. For example, we are regular donors and event participants for the Hospital for Sick Children, Cardiac Kids Foundation. We also engage in pro bono work dedicating our time to those in need of immigration services but who are unable to afford them. As an acknowledgement of our own CR, we have been awarded the 2010 “Top Choice” Award for the Top Immigration Law Firm in the GTA.
