Denied Entry to Vancouver, Canada Avoided for US Citizen

US Citizen avoids being Denied Entry to Canada

Dear Mary,

Your immigration law firm prepared an application for entry into Canada for me last summer. Last summer I was told that I did not need the documents and was admitted into Canada. However, yesterday, I returned to Vancouver for the second time with a much different “welcoming committee” from Canada Customs. I was once again sent through customs where I was asked I variety of questions. Luckily, I brought your entry package application with me just in case and offered it to the customs officer.

The customs officer went in the back for about 20-30 minutes to review the document and returned admitting me into Canada. She told me that it was a good thing that I had brought the application with me or I would have not been admitted into the country. She also updated the system to show that all past issues had been addressed and cleared up.

I want to thank you and Michael Niren and Associates for doing such a great job for me. I would highly recommend your services to anyone facing problems at the border!
