New Jersey is a state in the Northeastern and Middle Atlantic regions of the United States. It is bordered on the north and east by the U.S. state of New York, on the southeast and south by the Atlantic Ocean, on the west by Pennsylvania, and on the southwest by Delaware. New Jersey is the fourth-least extensive, but the 11th-most populous and the most densely populated of the 50 United States. New Jersey lies mostly within the sprawling metropolitan areas of New York City and Philadelphia. It is also the second-wealthiest U.S. state by 2011 median household income.
According to the U.S. Census, 1.7 million of New Jersey’s 8.7 million residents were born outside the United States. Only New York and California have larger proportions of immigrants. While its share of immigrants has been rising since the 1970s, New Jersey saw the most rapid growth in its immigrant population between 1990 and 2000, and is continuing to see similar growth today.
On average, immigrants to New Jersey tend to be more highly educated than those living elsewhere. In fact, data from the National Science Foundation show that almost half (48 percent) of state residents with master’s degrees and 41 percent of those with doctorates in scientific fields are immigrants. New Jersey’s immigrants are so essential to its economy that if you did the thought experiment of subtracting their work, you’d find that New Jersey itself would grind to a halt. Once concentrated in the state’s northern cities, today’s immigrants inhabit every corner of the state. As a result, lots of migrants to the state arrive via work visas.
Under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the doors have been opened for Canadians and businesses seeking to enter the US markets. As a result, US Work Visa applications for Canadian businesses and professionals are now being accepted through a streamlined process.

“Excellent service. I was offered guidance over the phone, even though I live in a different country. And the results were quickly obtained. I would recommend them anytime. Thank you Niren & Associates.”
“I recently accepted a job in the US and engaged Niren and Associates to help with my TN status paperwork. Fadi was an enormously helpful guide through the process; his interview prep was a huge confidence booster and my paperwork was completed incredibly quickly (though I never felt rushed). When I crossed the border, the CBP officer actually complemented my paperwork, calling it ‘flawless’. Excellent work. I’ll certainly be using his services again.”
“My case is still in process but so far I’m very pleased with Niren & Associates services; especially with Amandine, the case coordinator. She has been on top of my case; she is very courteous and responds to all inquiries promptly. I trust them and definitely will keep working with them.”
"VisaPlace referred us to a great law firm and great lawyers. All I can say is "thank you" for getting my visa quickly. VisaPlace knew exactly what kind of legal team could help where other's couldn't. The fees were reasonable and everything went smoothly. Thank you for everything! I would highly recommend VisaPlace and the immigration attorneys they work with to anyone wishing to move to Canada or to the US."
