If you are accused of committing a felony in another country can it affect your sponsorship to live in Canada even if the incident happened 10 years ago? There were no charges laid at the time that it was done.

    Hi there. Yes a conviction in another country can effect your sponsorship to live in Canada; however, there are many options available for immigration to Canada to you.
