    Dear Sir,

    Presently I am working with a Public Sector Company in India namely POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA a Public Sector Company, engaged in Bulk High Voltage Power Transmission through the length and breadth of the Country. I am working at a position of Chief Manager, Human Resource and having long experience in various core and sub-functions of HR. I have worked in various locations in the Company as well as Regional Offices consisting 2-3 provinces. Some of the strong skills applied during my career as a Human Resource Manager is described below :-
    • Managerial skills – Always worked for fast delivery of results. Foreseeing potential issues and developing contingency plans. Managing efficient utilization of resources.
    • Planning and Organising- I always plan the modus-operandi for tasks/assignments to achieve the results with time efficiency. However, I always wish that my team members also reciprocates in the process. Also organizing like utilizing the manpower resources, breaking the main target into small targets and assigning them to the personnel down below as per their level and competency.
    • Communication skills – My effort is always to emphatically communicate the targets to peers and subordinates so that they are align their efforts. Listening and influencing skills are important motivate personnel to achieve the results. Effective Networking to achieve the organizational goals.

    • Adaptability to change – Personal eagerness for adapting to change to achieve desired results. Adjusting to the need to change and adapt to the changing environment.

    I would be thankful for reviewing my case for becoming eligible for immigration to Canada. I can work anywhere and even in low paying job. Sir, all my credentials have been verified by WES. And I have a overall score of 7.0 including all bands.

    Sir if I get a job offer I can score 10 points in Arranged Employment Offer and therefore will score 67 points and become eligible immigration.
