    Hi,

Are there any provinces who offer provincial nomination without a job offer. I looked up once and found that Manitoba offers provincial nomination even without a job offer. Please suggest.

Hello Dishad. You will need to find a job with a Canadian educational institution first. Try looking at http://www.monster.ca and http://www.indeed.ca . Once you have a job offer, we can help you obtain the visa that you need. Each Canadian province sets their own rules on what they will accept as a teaching credential. You must make sure that your credentials match with the jobs that you apply for.
