Mr. Scodras is responsible for the recruitment, management, training and overall activities of all inbound, outbound, intake and consulting teams. Mr. Scodras establishes regional, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and establishes the sales function’s best practices for the conversion of leads generated through marketing efforts. He ensures that the organization’s online sales knowledge base is maintained and up to date with current policy and regulation, while meeting quarterly and annual conversion and revenue objectives. Mr. Scodras achieves his objectives by analyzing, growing and obtaining new and current sources of revenue from existing and potential client base and lead generation sources. He manages and interacts with clients as needed to facilitate lead generation and proper closing techniques.
Mr. Scodras majored in Mathematics and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, graduating with Distinction from McGill University in 1980; and his Master of Science, also from McGill University in 1982, majoring in Computer Science and specializing in “Graphical User Interfaces for Relational Database Models.”
